Abstract:
Provided is a rolled Cu-Co-Si copper alloy sheet which has excellent workability by pressing, bendability, and strength.
The rolled Cu-Co-Si copper alloy sheet contains 0.5-3.0 mass% Co and 0.1-1.0 mass% Si, with the remainder comprising Cu and incidental impurities. When the sheet is examined by X-ray diffractometry for crystal orientation in the range of from the surface of the sheet to a depth of 5 µm therefrom, the sheared texture in an area which corresponds to the α=0-10º region on the {111} normal pole figure (where α is an axis which is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the goniometer for diffraction defined in the Schlutz method) has a pole density of 1.5-8.
