Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing method therefor. The rolled steel sheet according to the present invention comprises 0.01-0.0.35 wt% of carbon (C), 0.01-0.05 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.1-0.35 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.001-0.015 wt% of phosphorus (P), 0.001-0.015 wt% of sulfur (S), 0.01-0.04 wt% of solution-aluminum (Sol.-Al), 1-30 ppm of nitrogen (N), and the balance of iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities, wherein grains having a ferrite grain size (FGS) of 7-8 are uniformly formed by finish rolling, at 850-950°C, a steel slab made of middle and low carbon steel to which 1-60 ppm of boron (B) is added so as to meet the condition of 0.2≤[B/N]≤1.1, winding the same at 610-670°C, continuously annealing the same at 740-820°C, and then temper rolling the same under the condition in which an elongation ratio of 0.7-1.6% is met for a material thickness of 0.4≤T<2.4.
