Abstract:
Disclosed is a rolled-type battery comprising an electrode group in which a first electrode and a second electrode are rolled up with a separator therebetween, wherein: the electrode group is housed in a battery case including a bottomed cylindrical metal can; the first electrode has, at one end of a first charge collector sheet in the roll-up axis direction, a first non-coated part where the first charge collector sheet is exposed; a first charge-collecting lead is connected to the first non-coated part; the first non-coated part is arranged on the opening side of the metal can; a second charge-collecting lead is connected to the second electrode; the first and second charge-collecting leads extend toward the opening side of the metal can; at least a portion of the first non-coated part is covered by an insulating layer; and the insulating layer projects outward from an end surface of the first non-coated part.
