Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a roller apparatus for forming coarse noodles (10) that rolls dough (82) in a roller gap (G) to form coarse noodles (84), said roller apparatus comprising a drive roller (41), a driven roller (42) having the same diameter as the drive roller, a motor (46) that rotates the drive roller, and a transmission apparatus (48) that rotates the driven roller in synchronization with the drive roller. A large number of V-shaped grooves (56) having a depth of 0.6 to 1.0 mm is formed in the longitudinal direction on the outer circumferential surface of the drive roller and the driven roller. The drive roller and the driven roller are rotated at the same speed in such a manner that the V-shaped grooves of one of the rollers face a flat surface (58) of the other roller in the roller gap.
