Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a roller bearing (1) that is provided with: an inner race (2) and outer race (3) that are bearing rings; a plurality of roller bodies (4) interposed between the inner and outer race (2, 3); a holder (5) that holds the roller bodies (4); a seal member (11) provided to the opening section at both ends in the axial direction of the inner race (2) and outer race (3); and grease (12) sealed in the space within the bearing. In at least one member selected from the inner race (2), outer race (3), holder (5), and seal member (11), a flocked section (6) is formed comprising a fiber being flocked at the surface contacting the grease (12) and that is not the surface of the member that contacts the roller bodies (4). As a result, while using an existing lubricant and bearing shape, by means of a simple means, it is possible to increase lubrication properties including reducing rotational torque.
