Abstract:
This roller bearing comprises: an inner ring and an outer ring extending in a circumferential direction around a central axis; a plurality of rollers disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring; and a cage in which a plurality of pillars extending in an axial direction of the central axis are provided along the circumferential direction, and the roller is held between two circumferentially adjacent pillars of the plurality of pillars. When the two circumferentially adjacent pillars are defined as a first pillar and a second pillar, the roller disposed between the first pillar and the second pillar is defined as a first roller, and a circle centered on the central axis and passing through the axial center of the first roller is defined as a pitch circle, a first distance that is a moving distance of the first roller along the circumference of the pitch circle when viewed from the axial direction is greater than 0.5% and less than or equal to 1.8% with respect to a second distance that is a separation distance between the first pillar and the second pillar along the circumference of the pitch circle.
