Abstract:
The present invention relates to a roller blind device comprising an upper roll and a lower roll, around which two pieces of blind fabric are wound respectively, each of the pieces having transmitting parts and non-transmitting parts formed consecutively in the longitudinal direction, wherein the transmitting parts and the non-transmitting parts of the two blinds overlap each other or are arranged separately to get advantages of both light transmission and shielding. The roller blind device of the present invention comprises: a first drive unit that includes gears connected to one side of each of the upper and lower rolls, and a chain pulley and drive chain rotating the gears, thereby adjusting the length, in the vertical direction, of the first and second blind fabric that are wound around the upper and lower rolls; and a second drive unit that is connected to an outer side of the upper roll in a rotatable manner and includes a ring-shaped support slidably connected along the longitudinal direction of the upper roll by a rope to cause the first blind fabric which is wound around the upper roll to slide in the lateral direction with respect to the second blind fabric which is wound around the lower roll. Accordingly, the light transmission and shielding control structure is achieved by having the first drive unit involved in winding or unwinding the first and second blind fabrics around or from the upper and lower rolls, and by having the second drive unit involved in making the transmitting and non-transmitting parts of the first and second blind fabric overlap each other, respectively, or be arranged parallel to each other. This simple operational structure according to the present invention enables a reduction in production cost, and provides excellent operating reliability through an accurate operation.
