Abstract:
A roller brush having multiple bristle strips wound in a spiraling manner, comprising a shaft core (1) and at least two bristle strips (2, 3, 4, 5). Each bristle strip (2, 3, 4, 5) is wound around the shaft core (1) in a spiraling manner according to a preset pitch requirement. At least two of the bristle strips (2, 3, 4, 5) are wound at the same position on the shaft core (1). The bristle strips (2, 3, 4, 5) do not intersect with each other. Since winding of the bristle strips (2, 3, 4, 5) requires a greater inclination angle, and since the spacing formed between the bristle strips (2, 3, 4, 5) during the winding process decreases as the inclination angle increases, the multiple bristle strips (2, 3, 4, 5) wound in a spiraling manner enables full performance of the roller brush.
