A roller coil splitting device and a roller coil splitting and pressing integrated machine. The splitting device comprises a splitting machine body (2). A roller shaft (3) capable of mounting a roller coil (1) is disposed at the upper end of the splitting machine body (2). A ring splitting stop rod (7) capable of separating a coil on the roller coil (1) from an adhesive tape is disposed at the front end in the splitting machine body (2), a space capable of allowing the adhesive tape to pass through but not allowing the coil to pass through is formed between the ring splitting stop rod (7) and the lower bottom surface in the splitting machine body (2), and the roller coil (1) falls down after passing through the space. A hanging tooth (4) capable of hanging the falling coil is disposed on the splitting machine body (2) at the lower end of the ring splitting stop rod (7). The integrated machine comprises the splitting device and a pressing machine (6) disposed at the bottom of the splitting device. Coils are automatically split by using a machine, and accordingly the working efficiency is improved, and costs are reduced.
