A roller component (6) of a high-speed Jacquard machine, comprising a plastic base (61), first and second metal rollers (62 and 63) mounted at either side of the plastic vase, and first and second metal plates (64 and 65) fixed at either the upper or lower extremities of the plastic base. Pivots (66) respectively are provided at either extremity of the first metal plate (64) or of the second metal plate (65). The first and second metal rollers are mounted on the corresponding pivots and arranged between the first and second metal plates. Because the first and second metal rollers are structurally simple, the number of parts present is minimal, the need to consider injection-molding of a plastic frame is obviated, a manufacturing process is simplified, the stability of the structure of the rollers is increased, and service life is extended. Because the thickness of the roller component is the sum of the thickness of a bearing in the first metal roller plus the thickness of the first and second metal plates, and the first and second metal plates are made of a metal, the thickness can be made ultrathin while strength is ensured, thus favoring reduced thickness and size of the roller component.
