Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to develop a roller conveyor device comprising functionality capable of identifying a failure site or malfunction site. When a signal to run failure detecting operations is transmitted from a high order control device (50) to zone controllers (10), the zone controllers (10) immediately start controlled motorized rollers (5a). After a fixed time, the motorized rollers (5a) are stopped. Then, a pulse interval is detected by a pulse interval monitoring program (36) and whether a delay phenomenon has occurred is determined. The delay phenomenon is a phenomenon in which the interval for generating the pulse signal increases temporarily.
