Abstract:
A roller (1) deformation adjusting device for a roller kiln, which device is used for adjusting and supporting the roller (1) which is bent and deformed in real time, and which device comprises a supporting rod (2) and a driving mechanism (4) used for driving the supporting rod (2) to reciprocate, wherein adjusting seats (23) matching rollers (1) one by one are arranged on the supporting rod (2); each adjusting seat (23) comprises a supporting section (23-1) used for supporting the roller (1) and extruding sections (23-2) arranged on two sides of the supporting section (23-1) and used for limiting the roller (1); and the supporting section (23-1) and the extruding sections (23-2) form an arc-shaped smooth sector ring section which partially wraps the roller (1). The roller deformation adjusting device for a roller kiln can effectively adjust the deformed roller (1), such that maintenance and replacement of the roller (1) of a roller kiln are reduced; the adjusting seats (23) are arranged, and the supporting sections (23-1) are used for stabilizing the roller (1); during a process of the adjusting seats (23) circularly reciprocating along the rollers (1), when the roller (1) is slightly bent, correction can be carried out immediately, such that stable operation of the rollers (1) is effectively kept, and the correction effect is good.
