Abstract:
An roller equipped with a high sealing performance bearing comprises: a cylinder body (100), wherein a bearing seat mounting portion (110) is formed at each of two ends of the cylinder body (100); bearing seats (200), respectively mounted in the bearing seat mounting portions (110) of the cylinder body (100); bearings (300), respectively mounted in the bearing seats (200), wherein the bearing (300) comprises a bearing inner ring (310), a bearing outer ring (320), a cage (330), and a plurality of balls (340); and a roller shaft (400), mounted in a central position of the cylinder body (100) via the bearings (300) and running axially through the cylinder body (100). The bearing (300) further comprises a first seal (350) detachably mounted on an outer end surface of the bearing inner ring (310), and the first seal (350) extends radially and covers an outer end surface of the bearing outer race (320). The outer end surface of the bearing (300) of the roller is fully sealed by the first seal (350), avoiding leakage of grease and preventing moisture and dust from entering a working surface of the bearing, thereby ensuring normal operation of the roller under a range of working conditions.
