Abstract:

Provided is a roller hemming device which is capable of excellently performing hemming work even when a subject to be worked is located in a relatively small place and reducing maintenance frequency. Disclosed is a roller hemming device (1) provided with: a preliminary bending roller (10) preliminarily bending a work (W); a final bending roller (20) finally bending the work (W); an arm (70) setting attitudes of the preliminary bending roller (10) and the final bending roller (20) at desired positions and angles, wherein the preliminary bending roller (10) has a shaft center inclined to the horizontal direction and is arranged on such a position not to come into contact with the work (W) at the time of final bending, the final bending roller (20) is formed in a circular truncated cone, has a shaft center so inclined to the horizontal direction that a surface on a large diameter side is located on a side of the work (W) and a worked surface is horizontally positioned at the time of the final bending, and is arranged on such a position not to come into contact with the work (W) at the time of preliminary bending, and the preliminary bending roller (10) and the final bending roller (20) are arranged along the vertical direction and have worked points located in the vicinity of a shaft center of the arm (70).
