Abstract:
Provided is a roller hemming device capable of maintaining work of uniform quality at low cost. A roller hemming device (1) is provided with a roller (10) for hemming a workpiece (W) placed on a lower die (B) and preliminarily bends the flange (F) of the workpiece (W) along a guide surface (Bg) formed on the lower die (B). The roller hemming device (1) is also provided with a guide member (20) protruding further outward in the radial direction than the outer peripheral surface of the roller (10). The guide member (20) makes contact with the guide surface (Bg) of the lower die (B) during the preliminary bending of the flange (F) of the workpiece (W).
