Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the roller mill machine used for grinding grains, which provides ease of use through several detection operations, and stops working when a dangerous situation is detected. In addition to the use of few number of data acquisition methods in the prior art, such as detection of current bearing temperature and piston position, the roller mill machine (1) of the invention comprises structures that measure the vibration value, pressure value, blockage of inlet bunker (3), power measurement of main motor, positioning of main roller, belt temperature value, main roller rotation control, feed roller rotation control and environmental factors.
