A roller for rolling an electrode plate (200). The roller comprises a rolling portion (10) and a temperature regulating assembly (30), wherein a rolling surface for rolling the electrode plate is formed on an outer surface of the rolling portion, a mounting hole (11) is provided inside the rolling portion in an axial direction of the rolling portion, and the temperature regulating assembly is arranged in the mounting hole and is used for exchanging heat with the rolling portion. A rolling device (100) having a first roller (1) and a second roller (2), wherein the first roller and the second roller are jointly used for rolling an electrode plate. When the electrode plate is rolled by means of the rolling portion, the temperature of the rolling portion in the axial direction is regulated by means of the temperature regulating assembly, and the radial deformation of the rolling portion is then regulated by means of thermal expansion and contraction properties to reduce the overall deformation of the rolling portion, ensuring the thickness consistency of the rolled electrode plate, and thus ensuring the performance of a power battery formed via the electrode plate.
