The present invention provides a roller screen plate distance adjustment mechanism, comprising: a base, on which an inner wall plate is arranged, wherein a plate distance adjustment shaft runs through the inner wall plate, two ends of the plate distance adjustment shaft are arranged on an outer wall plate, and the outer wall plate is located outside the inner wall plate; a bottom roller assembly, which is arranged on the inner wall plate; and a plate roller assembly, which is arranged on the outer wall plate. During the adjustment of the distance of a printing plate, the outer wall plate can rotate relative to the inner wall plate along the plate distance adjustment shaft, so as to drive the plate roller assembly to move away from or close to the bottom roller assembly to adjust the distance of the printing plate. The present invention has the beneficial effect of adaptability to a roller screen printing structure for which a plate distance can be adjusted, and during the adjustment of the plate distance, original meshing gaps of all gears are kept unchanged, so that during the adjustment, overprinting accuracy is not affected, and vibration and noise are not increased, thereby solving the problem of poor printing quality in the prior art.
