Abstract:
Provided is a roller shutter (2) for an automobile, the roller shutter comprising guide slots (1) arranged on two sides of an automobile frame, the roller shutter (2) sliding between the two guide slots (1), a latch assembly (3) which is arranged on the roller shutter (2) and can be locked with the guide slots (1) on the two sides, a winding/unwinding assembly (4) used for winding and unwinding the roller shutter (2), multiple groups of pre-positioned installation assemblies (5) used for keeping the two guide slots (1) to be parallel to each other, and positioning and locking assemblies (6) which are used in cooperation with the pre-positioned installation assemblies (5) and connect the guide slots (1) to the automobile frame. Compared with the prior art, the pre-positioned installation assemblies (5) and the positioning and locking assemblies (6) of the roller shutter (2) for an automobile enable the two guide slots (1) to keep parallel to each other during assembly of the roller shutter (2). In addition, during opening and closing, a linear connection position between the roller shutter (2) and the guide slots (1) enables the opening and closing process to be more smooth and labour-saving, and a guide rotation disc (42) enables the roller shutter (2) to slide by means of a force of friction between same and roller shutter slots (423), so that the winding and unwinding are both relatively smooth. In addition, the latch assembly (3) enables the roller shutter (2) to be locked and positioned at any time, having high flexibility and a high degree of freedom.
