Abstract:
A rolling bearing class imbalance fault diagnosis method and system. The diagnosis method comprises: performing variable parameter time-frequency analysis on a small number of class fault samples, and performing single parameter time-frequency analysis on a large number of class normal samples, so as to obtain a class balanced time-frequency feature data set (S10); performing feature enhancement processing by using a time-frequency attention mechanism network model to obtain a time-frequency feature enhancement data set (S20); constructing a fault diagnosis model (S30); training the constructed fault diagnosis model by using the time-frequency feature enhancement data set so as to obtain a trained fault diagnosis model (S40); and performing single parameter time-frequency analysis on a vibration signal of a bearing of which a health state is unknown, and obtaining the health state of the bearing by using the fault diagnosis model (S50). By means of the diagnosis method and system, the expanded data samples have high consistency and diversity, time-frequency analysis parameters do not need to be optimized, noise in time-frequency features can be effectively filtered out, and the accuracy of bearing class imbalance fault diagnosis is greatly improved.
