Title:
ROLLING BEARING EQUIPPED WITH ROTATION SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/072367
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to increase the effect of preventing temperature creep in a sensor housing. In this roller bearing equipped with a rotation sensor, a ring-shaped magnetic encoder (6), which is alternately magnetized to a different polarity in the circumferential direction, is mounted on the rotating-raceway-ring side of inner/outer raceway rings, and a resin sensor housing (9), in which magnetic sensors (7) that detect changes in magnetic flux in conjunction with the rotation of the magnetic encoder (6) are embedded, is mounted on the stationary-raceway-ring side. This roller bearing equipped with a rotation sensor is characterized in that the resin forming the sensor housing (9) comprises a resin material wherein an inorganic filler and glass fibers have been included in a resin composition containing polyphenylene sulfide.
