Abstract:
Disclosed is a rolling bearing with plastic-state oil. The rolling bearing with plastic-state oil comprises an outer ring (41, 51, 61), an inner ring (42, 52, 62), a rolling body (43, 53, 63), a retainer (44, 54, 64), and plastic-state oil (45, 55, 65) which provides lubrication for contact friction pairs of the bearing, with the rolling body and the retainer being embedded between an outer ring raceway and an inner ring raceway, wherein by arranging radial clearances (δi, δiL, δoL, δiR, δoR) between the retainer and the outer ring and/or the inner ring, a bearing inner cavity is filled with the plastic-state oil fluid without hindrance when the plastic-state oil fluid is injected. The rolling bearing with plastic-state oil overcomes the defects of the clearance between a retainer and an outer ring raceway and/or an inner ring raceway being too small, the internal free space of a bearing thus being unable to be filled with plastic-state oil fluid, and the advantages of a plastic-state oil lubricated bearing being limited. Further disclosed is a method for manufacturing the rolling bearing with plastic-state oil.
