Abstract:
A vehicle body (12) of a rolling compaction vehicle (10) is provided with a battery case (34) and a motor (70). A removable battery (40) is removably housed in an insertion hole (50) of the battery case. The battery case is in an inclined position. This inclination causes an opening (62) of the insertion hole to face an outer edge of the vehicle body, and causes a wall portion (52) that holds back the removable battery to face the inside of the vehicle body. Here, the lower end of the wall portion is located at a position lower than the lower end of the opening. Electric power of the removable battery is supplied to the motor.
