Abstract:
A rolling control method for a mandrel mill, a rolling control device, a control program, and a seamless tube. In the method, the press-down position of a first hole type rolling roll disposed on a finish stand (&num i) is displaced outward when a raw tube (S) is rolled on the finish stand (&num i) among stands forming the mandrel mill (M). Also, the press-down position of a second hole type rolling roll disposed on an upstream side stand (&num (i-2)) is displaced outward when a raw tube is rolled on the upstream side stand (&num (i-2)) with the same press-down direction as the finish stand (&num i) positioned nearest the finish stand (&num i). Accordingly, when the seamless tube is manufactured by using the mandrel mill, a part or all of the end part of the raw tube can be accurately rolled to a specified thickness.
