Abstract:
The present invention provides a rolling device for an inner casing part of a gas turbine, the gas turbine comprising an inner casing part and an outer casing part, and the rolling device being configured to roll the inner casing part relative to the outer casing part. The rolling device comprises: a support frame, the support frame having a bracket and a roller assembly, the bracket being configured to be rigidly connected to the outer casing part, and in an installation position of the support frame, the roller assembly is installed on a top of the bracket; and a rolling ring, the rolling ring having a ring body and a cradle installed on an inner side of the ring body, an outer surface of the ring body being adapted to match with a rolling surface of the roller assembly to enable the rolling ring to rotate on the support frame, and the cradle being configured to support and fix the inner casing part of the gas turbine. The rolling device provided by the present invention is easy to operate, and the time needed to maintain the gas turbine is shortened remarkably.
