Abstract:
In order to eliminate conflict occurring among the rolling elements in a rolling
device, a gap is provided to the rolling elements within a load region. A region
where the rolling element abuts against only one transfer groove of a transfer
passage is formed, or a region where a frictional force acting between one transfer
groove of the transfer passage and the rolling element is set larger than a frictional
force acting between the other transfer groove and the rolling element is formed.
Revolution speed of the rolling elements is varied by forming a contact angle
variation passage where cross-section in the direction of right angle to the
rolling direction of the rolling element in one transfer groove within that region
has a profile coming into two-point contact with the rolling element, and its
contact angle is increased over those for other portions of the transfer passage.
