　This rolling device (10) is provided with an inner member (11) in which a rolling element running groove (11a) is formed, and an outer member (21) assembled on the inner member (11) via a plurality of rolling elements (12) so as to be capable of relative motion, the outer member (21) having a load rolling element running groove (25) which together with the rolling element running groove (11a) forms a load rolling element running path, and the outer member (21) being provided with an outer member main body part (22) having a load-free rolling element running path (33) arranged in correspondence to the load rolling element running groove (25), and a pair of lid bodies (24) that are attached to both end surfaces of the outer member main body part (22) in the relative movement direction, the lid bodies (24) having at least part of a direction-converting path (35) joining one end of the load rolling element running path and one end of the load-free rolling element running path (33). Formed on each of the lid bodies (24) is a protuberance (24b) including at least part of the direction-converting path (35), the protuberance (24b) being provided with a lubricant supply path (38). Due to being provided with this configuration, the rolling device (10) can smoothly circulate a plurality of rolling elements within an endless circulating path.
