Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method and system that make it possible to ascertain a fatigue state before a bearing part is damaged and to diagnose the fatigue state without disassembling a rolling bearing. [Solution] Without a rolling machine element being disassembled, a magnetic sensor disposed in the vicinity of a component is used to measure the magnetic flux density in the axial direction and radial direction of the component, the amount of change from a standard magnetic flux density corresponding to the magnetic flux density before the component was first used is calculated, and the fatigue progress of the rolling machine element is determined from the amount of change.
