Abstract:
A rolling plastic circular loom with dual-small six shuttles and without shuttle
wheel, includes: upright (9), lower shuttles (10), lower shuttle raceway (11),
upper shuttles (12), upper shuttle raceway (13), upper gate ring (20), lower
gate ring (23), wherein the two raceways are divided into two layers and mounted
on the upright. The lower shuttles are designed with six shuttles and the upper
shuttles also designed with six shuttles. The plastic bag woven by the upper layer
shuttle are winded by the first winding device through the upper sizes ring (15),
spreader and upper drawing device (16); the plastic bag woven by the lower layer
shuttle are winded by the second winding device through the lower sizes ring (14),
spreader and lower drawing device (31). The loom can braid two bags simultaneously,
and gets twice result.
