- TECHNICAL FIELD:
o This invention is a rolling system refiner for the confectionary industry, dedicated to cocoa, hazelnut and almond refining.
- BACKGROUND ART:
o All the sphere refining system up to now known has the disadvantage to contaminate the refined product for excessive wear on spheres until having periodically to replace the spheres in the refining tank.
- DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION:
o This invention solve the problem above mentioned, through a refining rolling system instead of a sliding friction system. In the refining process of this invention, the raw material it is pushed into the refiner (11) by means of a variable pump, than it flow down in a rotary way through the elements forming the refiner and entering into the space between the roll refiner (6) during the rolling movement. In this way the material undergo, through the crushing, a rolling refining process. This action doesn't create any kind of surface wear on the parts involved in the refining process and produce a product without contamination. At the same time from 40 to 50 per cent of electrical energy and taken power are being saved.

o The refiner is a modular system made by min 2 to max 10 stage.
o The stage is composed by two elements that are coupled and opposed to each other with spring cup (16) which maintain steady pressure from the inner ring coupling (20) to the roll refiner (6).
o The element is composed by one port coupling (5), one outer ring coupling (21), one inner ring coupling (20), fifteen roll refiner.
