Abstract:
A roof deformation high precision monitoring and early warning system, comprising explosion-proof optical fibre sensors (6), a sensor integration apparatus, a signal conversion apparatus, a data transmission apparatus and a data processing unit. The explosion-proof optical fibre sensors (6) convert roof displacement signals into spectral information, the sensor integration apparatus is connected to the explosion-proof optical fibre sensors (6) within a same monitoring range, the signal conversion apparatus is connected to the sensor integration apparatus and converts the spectral information into electronic signals, and the data transmission apparatus transmits the electronic signals to the data processing unit. Also disclosed is a monitoring method which uses the system. During monitoring, the explosion-proof optical fibre sensors (6) are mounted in a selected monitoring area, the various component parts of the system are connected, displacement of a roof is monitored, a central controller (10) and the data processing unit establish a spatial three-dimensional model of surrounding rock, and roof deformation is determined in real time according to deformation monitoring and spatial coordinates. The present invention has the advantages of more accurate and convenient monitoring, sensitivity and direct observation.
