Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rooftop tent for a vehicle. Specifically, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there may be provided a rooftop tent comprising: a base plate detachably fixed to the roof of a car; an expansion plate rotatably connected to the base plate so as to overlap the base plate; a cover rotatably connected to the base plate to open/close the upper surface of the base plate; a tent portion connected to the base plate, wherein the tent portion is unfolded when the cover is pivoted from the base plate to open the upper surface of the base plate; and an auxiliary folding portion which assists in preventing the tent portion from being exposed to the outside of the cover when the tent portion is folded back from the unfolded state, wherein the tent portion comprises a side tent member constituting a side, and the auxiliary folding portion comprises a side folding strap which is connected to one or more of the base plate and the cover.
