Abstract:
This room-temperature-curing polyorganosiloxane composition contains: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyorganosiloxane having molecule chains capped at the ends by hydroxyl groups or alkoxy groups; (B) 1–300 parts by mass of a filler; (C) 0.1–20 parts by mass of a polyorganosiloxane having a resin structure represented by the average unit formula (R1
3SiO1/2)p[Si(OH)xO(4-x)/2]q; (D) 0.1–20 parts by mass of a tri- or tetrafunctional silane compound and/or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof; (E) 0.1–10 parts by mass of a titanium chelate catalyst; and (F) 0.01–5 parts by mass of an adhesiveness-imparting agent. The room-temperature-curing polyorganosiloxane composition exhibits, in high-temperature, high-humidity environments, little reduction in physical properties, such as cured hardness, or in adhesiveness.
