Abstract:
A room-temperature yoghurt with granules added therein, which yoghurt comprises a jam containing granules and a yoghurt base material, the jam containing the granules comprises a jam solution and the granules, the granules comprise granule inner cores and granule outer skins, and the density of the yoghurt base material is greater than that of the granules. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the yoghurt.
