Abstract:

The embodiments of the present application belong to the field of wireless communications. Provided are a root cause locating method, a root cause locating device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a main serving cell in which a service exception occurs, and determining a grid corresponding to the main serving cell; expanding the grid to obtain a grid group, and determining a serving cell group corresponding to the grid group; and performing exception detection on the serving cell group and the main serving cell, so as to obtain a root cause of the service exception.
