Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a root cause positioning method, and a communication device and a computer-readable storage medium, which are applied to a webmaster, wherein the webmaster is connected to a plurality of interworking network elements. The root cause positioning method comprises: acquiring alarm logs from a plurality of interworking network elements, wherein the alarm logs comprise a first alarm log and a second alarm log, the first alarm log being an alarm log of an interworking network element which is disconnected from a peer network element, the first alarm log comprising fault information of the peer network element which is disconnected from the interworking network element, and the second alarm log being an alarm log of an interworking network element which is normally connected to the peer network element (S100); constructing a fault prediction sample according to the first alarm log and the second alarm log (S200); and predicting the fault prediction sample by using a preset fault positioning model, so as to obtain a fault positioning prediction result (S300).
