Abstract:
A rope coring drilling tool, comprising an outer pipe assembly and an inner pipe assembly. The inner pipe assembly is provided with an elastic engaging positioning mechanism (1), an in-place signaling and core blocking alarm mechanism (2), a single-acting mechanism (3), a core one-way valve mechanism (4), a core pipe (5) and a core breaking mechanism (6). The elastic engaging positioning mechanism (1) adopts a multi-point hinge manner; the in-place signaling and core blocking alarm mechanism (2) is integrated into a whole; the single-acting mechanism (3) adopts a mating structure of an upper PDC bearing, a lower PDC bearing and a TC bearing arranged in the middle; the core one-way valve mechanism (4) controls opening and closing of a one-way valve by means of cooperation of a steel ball and a height-adjustable valve seat; the outer pipe assembly is provided with an elastic engaging baffle (7), an elastic engaging chamber (8), an upper reamer (9), an outer pipe (11), a lower reamer (15) and a drill bit (16); an annular seat (10) is embedded in an annular groove formed between the lower end of the elastic engaging chamber (8) and the inner side wall of the upper reamer (9), and a righting ring (14) is embedded in an annular groove formed between the lower end of the outer pipe (11) and the inner side wall of the lower reamer (15). The coring drilling efficiency and the core recovery quality can be improved, and the purpose of saving the drilling costs is achieved.
