Abstract:
A rotary adapter (1), comprising an upper connecting plate (11), a lower connecting plate (12) and a connector (13) that connects the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate, a wire-passing gap being formed between the upper connecting plate, the lower connecting plate and the connector, a wire-passing via (15) that communicates with the wire-passing gap being provided on the upper connecting plate. Also disclosed is a manipulator having the rotary adapter. The manipulator comprises a first mechanical arm (2), a second mechanical arm (3), a first harmonic gear (22), a first drive motor (23), and the described rotary adapter. The arrangement of the rotary adapter not only provides a convenient channel for wiring of the drive motor, but also enables the whole manipulator to be more tidy and attractive. Moreover, an output shaft of the drive motor is directly connected to a wave generator of the corresponding harmonic gear, and the harmonic gear further drives the corresponding mechanical arm directly, such that the mechanical arms can be positioned in place at the moment when the drive motor is stopped, effectively improving the positioning precision of the manipulator, reducing the volume and the load of the manipulator, and improving the sensitivity of the manipulator.
