Abstract:
A rotary blade apparatus with brake and clutch functions. The rotary blade apparatus comprises: a bottom disc (2); a blade (16); a driving apparatus (1), fixed to the bottom disc (2) and driving the blade (16) to rotate; a clutch apparatus and a brake apparatus, both disposed in the bottom disc (2); a driving wheel disc (10), mounted on an output shaft (1.1); and a driven wheel disc (12), disposed on the end surface and capable of engaging with the driving wheel disc (10). The driven wheel disc (12) is connected to the blade (16). The clutch apparatus comprises a pressure apparatus, which presses the driven wheel disc (12) to enable the driven wheel disc (12) to be separated from the driving wheel disc (10) or reduces the pressure on the driven wheel disc (12), and comprises a resetting apparatus, which enables the driven wheel disc (12) to be reset to again engage with the driving wheel disc (10). By means of the apparatus, the blade can immediately stop rotation without shutting down an engine.
