Abstract:
Provided is a rotary blow molding machine which does not require fine adjustments for changing the material or size of a molding unit or a molded body and which is capable of temporarily holding the molded body on one side of the molding unit when opening the molding unit, and also provided is a rotary blow molding method.
This rotary blow molding machine 1 is equipped with a rotary base 10, and the molding unit 20 provided on the surface of the rotary base 10 for molding the molded body P. The mold unit 20 has a first mold 30 and a second mold 40 and opens and closes therebetween. The second mold 40 includes a pushing means 433 for pushing the molded body P toward the first mold 30 side so that the molded body P is retained in the first mold 30 when the second mold 40 is opened.
