Abstract:
According to the present invention, a front arm part that is a second member can rotate between an in-use position and a standby position on a side frame part that is a first member that is to be arranged in the vicinity of a sitting toilet or the like. A connection member of the front arm part is rotatably held on a connection bracket that is fixed to the side frame part. The rotation of the front arm part can be locked, for example, in the standby position by a swing lever that is swingably held by the connection bracket. The locking occurs as a result of a first locking part, such as a locking groove, that is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the connection member 33 being engaged by a second locking part of the swing lever.
