Title:
ROTARY CONNECTOR DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING ROTARY CONNECTOR DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/075559
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a rotary connector device that can be miniaturized. [Solution] This rotary connector device 1 comprises: a rotator 10 and a stator 20 which are fitted to be rotatable relative to each other and form a cylindrical inner accommodation space S therein; and an FFC100 that is wound and accommodated in the accommodation space S. The rotator 10 is composed of an annular rotary-side ring plate 11 and an inner cylindrical part 12 having a cylindrical shape that forms the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation space S, and the stator 20 is composed of an annular fixed-side ring plate 21 and an outer peripheral cylindrical part 22 that forms the outer peripheral surface of the accommodation space S. A fixed-side connector 40, which is electrically connected to electric apparatuses arranged on the rotator 10 side, is connected to one end of the FFC100. The stator 20 is provided with: an insertion part 24 into which one end side of the FFC100 is inserted along the ±Z directions so as to pass through from the accommodation space S toward the outside of the rotator 10. The fixed-side connector 40 is installed on the outer main surface of the fixed-side ring plate 21.
