Abstract:
Disclosed is an arrangement wherein installation bolts are not required for installing and removing a blade mounting block, with the result that it is made possible to reduce the time to install and remove the blade mounting block, and wherein thereby improvement is made in the operational efficiency of a rotary die cutter. Two fixing rings (16a, 16b) are inserted over a tubular knife cylinder (10) with some play allowed in-between. By means of a drive device (28), a threaded shaft (18) is rotated, resulting in movable mounts (20a, 20b) being moved. By means of yoke plates (24) which are provided to the movable mounts, the fixing rings are moved to both ends of a blade mounting block (14). In this state, fixing devices (40) are operated by means of operation devices (60). Thereby the fixing rings are fixed to a knife cylinder outer peripheral surface (12), resulting in the blade mounting block (14) being fixed. After the fixing rings are fixed, the yoke plates (24) are separated from the fixing rings. Therefore, it is possible to prevent wear of the yoke plates (24).
