Abstract:
This rotary electric machine comprises two movable parts (10, 20) that are disposed with a stator core (31) therebetween and rotate with respect to the same rotation axis, wherein: the stator core (31) is provided with, on both end sections thereof, stator core holding parts (36, 37) at least a portion of which is configured by stacking thin plates in the rotation direction of the two movable parts (10, 20), and which extend in a direction that is parallel to a surface facing the two movable parts (10, 20) and perpendicular to the rotation direction of the movable parts (10, 20); holding surfaces (38, 39) of the stator core holding parts (36, 37) on both the end sections are respectively fixed to holding members (33, 35); and the holding surfaces (38, 39) of the stator core holding parts (36, 37) on both the end sections are formed to face each other.
