Abstract:

Provided is a rotary electric machine that comprises a rotor and a stator. The rotor is provided with a rotor body and at least one magnet unit disposed on the outer peripheral section of the rotor body. The magnet unit has a plurality of magnet teeth divided in the circumferential direction, and the plurality of magnet teeth, which constitute the one magnet unit, are arranged in an arc shape. Regarding the one magnet unit, a notch is provided in each of at least one pair of magnet teeth. In a state in which the plurality of magnet teeth are arranged in the arc shape, a fixing block is press-fitted into a pair of the notches, and in a state in which the fixing block is inserted into the notches, the fixing block is fastened to the rotor main body.
