Abstract:
A rotary engine comprises a cylinder block (1), a rotor (2), and an air inlet (3), an air outlet (4), and an ignition device (5) that are disposed on the cylinder block (1). At least one group of movable baffles (6) are disposed inside the cylinder block (1), and fit an inner wall of the cylinder block (1) in a sealing manner, to form at least two sealed cavity. The movable baffles (6) can rotate around the cylinder block (1). A one-way rotation mechanism is disposed between the movable baffle (6) and the rotor (2), to drive the rotor (2) to rotate in a one-way manner. The rotary engine not only can better adjust a compression ratio, but also can enable the movable baffle to have more power.
