Abstract:
A rotary excavating-squeezing-reaming-drilling machine, includes: a vehicle body(1); a mast(3); an outer drilling pipe(10) rotatablely mounting on the mast; an inner drilling pipe(11) disposed inside the outer drilling pipe(10),rotated by the outer drilling pipe(10) and sliding along the axial direction of the outer drilling pipe(10); a winding device connected to the outer drilling pipe(10) by wirerope(5); a driving device rotating the outer drilling pipe(10)and the inner drilling pipe(11); a first hydrocylinder(14) disposed inside the drilling pipe; a rotary excavating-squeezing-reaming drill bucket(27) for boring and reaming; a second hydrocylinder(4) for moving the drilling pipe and the drill bucket. The rotary excavating-squeezing-reaming-drilling machine can ream a larger hole port in the drilled hole, the poured piles thereby have higher load-bearing capacity, lower concrete consumption, lower pile amount required, lower cost and higher efficiency.
