Abstract:
A rotary excavation drill head (1000) and an amphibious tunnel construction robot using same. The rotary excavation drill head (1000) comprises three drill head discs (1100, 1200, 1300) which are sequentially arranged from small to large according to diameter size, and are each internally provided with a cavity; the drill head discs (1100, 1200, 1300) comprise two circular ring bases (1101, 1102, 1201, 1202, 1302, 1303) arranged side by side, a plurality of toothed cutters (1103, 1203, 1301) provided on the periphery of the two circular ring bases (1101, 1102, 1201, 1202, 1302, 1303), and annular gear racks (1104, 1105, 1204, 1205, 1304, 1307) provided on the inner sides of the two circular ring bases (1101, 1102, 1201, 1202, 1302, 1303) respectively; the toothed cutters (1103, 1203, 1301) of adjacent drill head discs (1100, 1200, 1300) face in opposite directions; and the drill head discs (1100, 1200, 1300) all rotate in the direction of the large opening of said cutters, such that each pair of adjacent drill head discs among the three drill head discs (1100, 1200, 1300) rotate in opposite directions; the rotary excavation drill head further comprises three drill head disc support frames (1120, 1220, 1320) corresponding in number to the three drill head discs (1100, 1200, 1300) and used for supporting and driving the three drill head discs (1100, 1200, 1300). The rotary excavation drill head (1000) is used for excavating tunnels in such a way that the local torque borne by the soil is offset, and crushing of the soil on the inner wall of the tunnel is reduced. The robot not only can transport and install tunnel supporting plates (4600), but also can transport earth mass and soil in the tunnel, increasing tunnel construction efficiency.
