Abstract:
A rotary heat accumulating-type waste gas incineration device comprising an incinerator (2) and a rotation reversing valve (1). The incinerator (2) comprises a heat-insulating housing (22) and at least two sets of heat accumulators (23). Each set of heat accumulators (23) and the heat-insulating housing (22) are enclosed to form a balance chamber (24); each balance chamber (24) is enclosed to form a central space as a combustion chamber (25); the heat accumulator (23) is provided with a gas flow channel communicating the balance chamber (24) with the combustion chamber (25); the balance chamber (24) is provided with an inlet/outlet port (241) for the balance chamber. The rotation reversing valve (1) comprises a valve body (11) and a valve core (12). A certain gap is between the valve body (11) and the valve core (12); the valve core (12) is driven by a driving means (13) to rotate; a gas charging region (14), a gas discharging region (15), a purging region (16) and at least two distribution regions (17) are provided between the valve core (12) and the valve body (11); the valve body (11) is provided with a plurality of inlet/outlet ports in communication with each region, respectively, wherein each of inlet/outlet ports (171) for the distribution regions is respectively in communication with the respective inlet/outlet port (241) for the balance chamber. In the incineration device, waste gas is mixed uniformly, improving the processing efficiency of waste gas.
