Abstract:
The present invention can be used in the power hydraulic drives or hydraulic transmissions of machines and mechanisms intended for various purposes, such as rolling mills or other machines and mechanisms used in the fields of building, mining, transports and agriculture. The rotary hydraulic machine of the present invention comprises a housing (1) with two sections. One section includes a cylindrical chamber (5) comprising a working wheel (2) with teeth (6), wherein a plurality of separation wheels (3) are arranged around the working wheel at equal angular distances relative to each other in their cavities. The separation wheels may include one or several grooves (7) formed at their crown portions. Whatever the number of separation wheels, the number of teeth remains even. The other section of the housing includes a plurality of gears for the cinematic connection between the working wheel and the separation wheels. This rotary hydraulic machine further includes a channel system for supplying and discharging a working fluid to and from the teeth of the working wheel, wherein said channel system comprises axial channels (22, 25) with different radii as well as radial channels (23, 24) formed in the body of the working wheel. The connection between the channels of the housing and the working wheel is made at their end surfaces through segments-channels (26, 29) provided on the body of the housing or on the body of the working wheel.
